Final Fantasy VII Remake is one that fans have been waiting for for a long time. Not only does it remake the original 1997 classic game, but it will also add new content and adjust the original character designs to balance between realism and stylization. This is also why the game has changed from the original’s RPG-style of gameplay to real-time third-person action. And after the success earlier this year with the Resident Evil 2 remake (Which also was rebuilt from the ground up with a new over-the-shoulder third person perspective), the remake of Final Fantasy VII can’t come soon enough. Especially after the teaser trailer that was released today. Check it out below:
No release date has been given for Final Fantasy VII Remake but more is expected to be revealed about the game as shown by the teaser’s closing words “More to come in June” which almost certainly refers to Square Enix’s E3 2019 conference. That conference will be held on June 10/11. Hopefully the long-awaited remake is closer than ever. Stay tuned!
