When the first trailer for the upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order video game came out in April (See it here), most could care less about the beautiful cinematics that were being presented. A nice presentation is always welcome, but the big concern was the gameplay, especially under new developer Respawn Entertainment (Creators of the Titanfall series).
A big selling point early on was that the game was confirmed to be with no multiplayer and no microtransactions or loot boxes either now or later. Something Electronic Arts had been doing with nearly every game they had published lately (Particularly the Battlefront subseries of their Star Wars games). It also helps that the game is being directed by Stig Asmussen who directed the critically-acclaimed God of War 3.
Today, we have the release of nearly 15 minutes of a gameplay walkthrough which takes place about 3 hours into the game. The game looks impressive to say the least, combining mechanics reminiscent of Prince of Persia, Uncharted, Titanfall, and The Force Unleashed…except this time…your lightsaber actually will burn through an enemy in one shot.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set to be available for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One on November 15th.
